Are your products genuine and safe to use?
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine, sourced from trusted suppliers, and carefully verified to meet our quality standards. We've maintained relationships with the same suppliers for over 20 years.
Parallel import products are the exact same formulas sold in authorised retail stores. The only difference is how they reach us.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday ship the same day via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Express Post is available for faster delivery (1-3 business days to most areas).
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $9.95. Express Post upgrade is available for $14.95 on orders over $75, or $19.95 on smaller orders.
Note: Some products with flammable ingredients (aerosols, nail polish) cannot be sent via Express Post due to Australia Post restrictions.
Can I use Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4?
Absolutely. We accept both Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 for interest-free instalments. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout and follow the prompts to split your purchase into manageable payments.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, unused items in original condition. Clearance and sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
